The Team

Richard is a native Wacoan, living in and around the Waco area.  Richard and his wife, Melisa, are proud parents to their two young men Craig and Kyle.  Richard graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture.  He is a licensed architect with the State of Texas and currently works as an architect and project manager for K4 Construction.  Richard also serves on the City of McGregor’s Historic Commission.  Now that their kids have grown and moved out, Richard and Melisa enjoy traveling, being outdoors, tending to their chickens and dogs, and volunteering with their newfound free time.  They have also found a new way to fill their hearts by giving and volunteering to foster children and their families.
